What we handle

AI Cast Studio is operated by High Country Software LLC. We handle your email and account details, sign-in and security records, subscription and credit history, creator descriptions, prompts, scripts, uploaded references, generated images, voices and videos. Anonymous draft creation also uses a browser draft identifier and an IP-derived abuse-prevention identifier. Infrastructure providers process request and device information to deliver and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, create and store your work, process payments, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and answer support requests. Your prompts and the references needed for a generation are sent to the providers performing that generation. Do not upload confidential information or someone else’s personal data without authorization.

Services that help run the studio

Cloudflare provides hosting, security and private media storage; Neon stores application data; Railway hosts our rendering service; Resend delivers account email; Stripe processes payments. Generation uses OpenRouter and its selected model providers, OpenAI, ElevenLabs and fal. PostHog provides product analytics, error tracking and masked session replay. These services may process information in the United States and other locations under their own service and retention terms. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in our application database.

Analytics and browser storage

We record page visits, product events and errors with an internal account identifier. Session replay records visible page content and ordinary inputs to help us understand product issues. Passwords, sign-in codes, payment fields and explicitly private elements are masked or blocked. Prompts and generated content visible on screen may appear in recordings. Network request bodies and headers are not recorded. Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security and draft continuity; analytics may also use browser identifiers. Contact support about privacy preferences and access requests.

Retention and deletion

Account and project records are kept while needed to provide the service. Unclaimed drafts become eligible for cleanup after 30 days of inactivity. Deleting a creator or post removes app access; eligible media enters a seven-day cleanup window, and separate recovery copies can remain for at least another seven days after source deletion is observed. Cleanup retries and unresolved generation work can extend these windows. Database recovery history, operational records and provider-held copies follow separate retention processes. Payment, fraud-prevention and spending records can remain after content deletion. We do not promise immediate erasure from every system.

Your requests

Email support@aicaststudio.com from your account address to request access, correction, an export or account deletion. We verify ownership, review pending work and billing, and explain what can be removed and what must be retained. Account deletion and a complete cross-service export are handled through support; downloading a video or deleting a creator is not the same as deleting your account. Include only the information needed to identify the request.
