Create responsibly

AI Cast Studio is provided by High Country Software LLC for creating fictional AI characters and content. Use it only if you are at least 18 and can authorize the account and purchases. Keep your sign-in access and connected apps secure. You are responsible for content you submit, generate and publish.

Permission comes first

Use only material you own or have permission to use. Do not reproduce a real person’s face, likeness or voice without their explicit permission for the intended use. Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, fraud or unlawful content. Do not evade safety controls, access other accounts or abuse the service. Report suspected misuse to support.

Make the AI clear

Present fictional creators as AI-generated. Use the destination platform’s AI disclosure tools and make paid brand relationships clear in the content where needed. An AI label does not replace an advertising disclosure. Do not invent real customer experiences, endorsements or evidence that a person used a product. Review claims, facts, rights and platform rules before publishing.

Your work and its limits

You retain your rights in material you provide and authorize us and our service providers to process it to operate the studio. Generated work can contain mistakes, resemble other output or be subject to third-party rights and provider restrictions. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, a particular commercial result or uninterrupted generation. Review every output before use.

Plans, credits and cancellation

Prices, billing intervals and included credits are shown before purchase. Recurring plans renew until canceled. Cancel through your Account page; cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or issue a cash refund. Failed jobs release their held generation credits when marked failed; pending or uncertain work may need reconciliation first. Contact support for duplicate charges, missing credits or refund requests. We review the purchase and applicable requirements rather than promising an automatic refund for every request.

Availability and misuse

Generation may queue, pause at capacity or spending limits, or fail when a provider is unavailable. We may restrict access to protect the service or investigate misuse.
